Job Title : Executive Assistant to General Manager ( 2-Years Contract)

Location: Unilever Cambodia HQ

Purpose of the Role:

To provide strategic and operational support to the GM by managing executive office functions and driving performance management across all business units and department. This role acts as a key enabler of strategy execution, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and follow-through on critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Office Management

  • Manage GM’s calendar meetings, and communications with discretion and efficiency.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements.

  • Coordinate GM-led events, workshops, and leadership forums.

Strategic Project Management

  • Support the GM in driving execution of BU/Department lead.

  • Track progress of cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.

  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment across functions and BUs.

Performance Management Lead

  • Partner with leadership and HR team to monitor strategic KPIs and business priorities.

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and follow-up mechanisms.

  • Identify execution gaps and propose solutions to accelerate delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Represent the GM Office in cross-functional meetings and taskforces when required.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project management and operations.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in performance tracking or strategy execution is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
