Job description: Liderar la agenda y gobernanza de LATAM F4G (Fuel for Growth), construyendo y haciendo seguimiento al pipeline de iniciativas, considerando riesgos y tiempos de implementación. Liderar workshops para la construcción del pipeline de savings junto a áreas multidisciplinarias. Liderar la agenda de simplificación, consolidando los inputs de Polaris y garantizando la interfaz y gobernanza con el equipo de marketing para procesos de delist. Brindar soporte al plan de mejora de GM en la unidad de negocio LATAM. Needed skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management, planning, and/or manufacturing. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and successfully delivering results. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence multiple stakeholders toward a common objective. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Strong understanding of costs and the ability to construct compelling business cases. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish Basic Skills in PBI
