  WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Manage the Soft Commodites portfolio (Oils and Sugar) for Argentina

•  Develop and implement sourcing strategies ensuring cost reduction, competitiveness, resilience and sustainability

• Lead negotiations with suppliers

• Monitor market trends and movements to inform cover decisions.

• Conduct price forecasting and connect with the business to bring market information

• Drive Unilever's Sustainablity agenda for the portfolio (Sustainable Sourcing, Regenerative Agriculture, De-forestation free, Climate and Livelihoods)

• WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  Experiences & Qualifications

• University degree

• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain

• Track record of working in cost savings and business value projects

• Skills

• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Portuguese and English fluent: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Spanish speaking will be considered a plus

• Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs Disruptive Thinking: Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.

• Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in strategic sourcing to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
