BUSINESS CONTEXT:

E-commerce is a dynamic and rapidly expanding channel poised at the threshold of its next phase of evolution and growth. We are seeking a Product Executive to join our e-commerce COE team. The key role of this position will be to ensure operational excellence while managing e-commerce products for content planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive business requirements on product improvements and critical builds, and engage closely with IT teams to develop winning solutions.

  • Ensure operational excellence in key processes for e-commerce, for content planning and deployment.

  • Conduct user acceptance tests to capture gaps in the process while analyzing and addressing root causes.

  • Pioneer innovative automation and technology solutions, unlocking forward-thinking capabilities that resonate across all Unilever brands and e-commerce platforms.

  • Manage datasets created as a part of the process and ensure timely analysis and reporting.

Skill & Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in E-commerce and /or FMCG is a strong advantage.

  • Collaboration and strong stakeholder management skills are a must.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills for comprehensive data analysis and strategic recommendations.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a strong output and attention to detail orientation.
