Modern Trade Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

Growth Strategy & Development

• Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies which will deliver growth and profit.
• Oversee enablers such as partner agencies, execution tools, reports and process digitization,servicing, and cabinets, and ensure are working within the expected capability and meet service levels/KPIs.
• Craft Key Performance Indicators, targets, and incentive schemes
• Oversee Modern Trade investments and check investment appropriation.
• Leads weekly governance for Modern Trade Leadership Team and monthly for total modern trade.

Business Operations Continuous Improvement

• Understand underlying execution pain points and develop solutions.
• Lead for Modern Trade in stakeholder engagements for technology and process governance and revamp.
