Customer Development (CD/Sales) Capability & Workplace Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate the learning culture in Selecta CD, direct & external partners.
• Land the training programs alongside with the development groups for function specific & external partners.
• Lead the programs for the total CD learning pathway
• Relaunch of the Hybrid Manifesto (Meetings & Messaging) & Wellbeing Programs
• Manage Sorbetero Portal & Service Desk
• Ensure to keep enablers to field & workplace up & running through vendor management in the payment & pending actions to govern and partner agencies management to ensure they keep up with their performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Experience in training/teaching/learning and certification programs
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be amenable for a contract based role for 12 months
• Agile and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills • Bias for action / results oriented
• Passion for excellence in performance
• Above Average Excel Skills
