Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate the learning culture in Selecta CD, direct & external partners.
- Land the training programs alongside with the development groups for function specific & external partners.
- Lead the programs for the total CD learning pathway
- Relaunch of the Hybrid Manifesto (Meetings & Messaging) & Wellbeing Programs
- Manage Sorbetero Portal & Service Desk
- Ensure to keep enablers to field & workplace up & running through vendor management in the payment & pending actions to govern and partner agencies management to ensure they keep up with their performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Experience in training/teaching/learning and certification programs
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be amenable for a contract based role for 12 months
- Agile and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills • Bias for action / results oriented
- Passion for excellence in performance
- Above Average Excel Skills
