Role Title: Modern Trade Development Group (MTDG) Manager
Location: Mangahan, Pasig - Field Based
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas
Growth Strategy & Business Operations
- Modern Trade ACES Strategy Program Lead
- Performance Management: Sales and Target Setting, input KPI Tracking and sales incentive schemes
- Lead weekly and monthly governance meetings with Modern Trade Leadership Team.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that drive growth and profitability in Modern Trade.
- Assortment and Space – Point person for Consultation, Consolidation and Cascade of plans from OTD and CMU
- Campaigns – Tracking of Modern Trade Promo Execution
- Efficient Servicing – Operational Excellence: lead programs with cross functional partners to drive efficiency in process both business today and tomorrow.
- Strategic Partnership – Investment Oversight: Manage Modern Trade investments, ensuring appropriateness and ROI.
- Strategic Partnerships & AR Management: Partner with finance to standardize Modern Trade contracts and discount structures. Ensure optimum profitability through effective AR (Accounts Receivable) management.
Regional Business Operations & Agency Management
- Oversee Regional Business Operations Group and Agency Management Performance through Scorecard, Sales and KPI Achievement
- Field Execution & Compliance: Manage RBO processes, and govern Hyperpeak readiness and escalations. Ensure compliance with contracts, discounts, and servicing standards.
- Agency Management : End to End Agency management on Manpower deployment and hitting agency KPIs (Availability of Manpower, Compliance to Perfect Execution, Efficient Reporting, Safety)

Relevant Experiences :
- Leadership experience and experience in managing a team
- Background in project management (Preferable Development Group or Business Strategy Background)
- Mid-career with experience on business operations and category management
- Plus factor with 3 to 5 years of experience in key accounts management or modern trade accounts
