Job Summary:
As part of the marketing operations team you will support on projects related to digital activation for brands like Axe, Dove, Oxy, Rexona, among others. You will work closely with other teams such as media, creative, sales, finance, e-retailers, PR, insights, among others. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to understand business priorities and develop effective solutions in fast paced environment. You need to be able to multitask across several projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. In this role you'll gain exposure to all aspects of marketing operations and have opportunities to grow your career within the function.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational activities for multiple projects/brands
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (creative, media, finance, e-retailers) to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
• Develop and implement processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations
• Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision making
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing or Advertising agency or similar role within a corporation
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose simple but effective solutions
• Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of people at all levels of organization
