Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Site Projects Manager to join our team. Based in Harare, you will be responsible for managing projects across various sites within our organization. Your typical day will involve overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
• Communicate project updates regularly to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings to align team members and ensure smooth progress.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• PMP certification highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA or Trello.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
