JOB PURPOSE

Now we are looking for our newest team member, for one of the most exciting Factory roles in HR, Turkey. This is a new role and would make significant contribution to our future factory growth plans and related people agenda for SC employees.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Be part of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall IC people strategy, Factory Master Plan and Factory People Plan for Konya.
- Help to manage Union relations and be the active member of “Collective Agreement” process. coordination and reporting of People FTE numbers and overheads on a quarterly basis.
- Assist to the HR team for providing HR consultation to Factory Leaders, Office and Shop-Floor Employees on a range of topics, including talent acquisition, talent management, career development, upskilling our people, putting performance culture in place, and making sure our workplace is a happy and engaging one.
- Act as a change agent to drive organizational culture and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
Experiences & Qualifications & Skills
- Are 3rd or 4th grade university student
- Are interested in Factory HR practices, Industrial Relations
- Have strong analytical skills and data correlation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Have strong personal mastery skills
- Have outstanding written and spoken Turkish and English language proficiency
- Are confident to work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, have strong communication skills
- Are good at coordination initiatives with a strong integrity mindset
- Are good at anticipating the needs, advising and solving problems proactively
- Are self-starter who can work independently whilst also enjoying collaborating with your colleagues
- Have genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
