Job Purpose

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Planned maintenance in factory including utilities (e.g., compressors, chillers, ETP, fire systems) with a focus on continuous improvement through regular reviews.
  • Enhance machine reliability and minimize downtime through proactive troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards via interlocks, safeguards, and regular testing of critical devices.
  • Manage capital budgets, energy costs, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Optimize repair and maintenance costs through strategic planning and efficiency initiatives.
  • Drive production efficiency by addressing root causes of breakdowns and implementing debottlenecking projects.
  • Conduct skill gap analysis and training for engineering teams on Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to Unilever policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to reduce waste, simplify processes, and enhance brilliant basics & automation.

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Education: BS in Electrical & Electronical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 3 - 5+ Years of Engineering in FMCG, related Industry or gained in an engineering consultancy environment
  • Practical experience and know-how process control, loop tuning, PLC/HMI
  • Experience on programming Machinery safety systems (Pilz, Sick etc.)
  • Experience in Instrumentation, Pneumatic systems and Mechanical Systems
  • Project Management, maintenance, or continuous improvement experience with chemical processing and/or utilities systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; along with the ability to negotiate.
