JOB PURPOSE:

This is ensured through global SHE Standards, Systems, Programs and Solutions.
We are seeking a Global SHE Capabilityspecialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a member ofthe SHE capability expertise teamZero Harm to Planet, focusing on Environmental Compliance,owning the delivery theLearning programs and solutions in scope, and thus enhancing capability and fostering a strong SHEculture on sites and within and beyond the Unilever organization.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Ownership:
Owner of thelearning programs and solution of the expertise platform Zero Harm to Planet
Is the overall subject matter expert of thesesolutions.
Keeps track of progress on delivery within the scope of the expertise platform
Ability to learn various (digital) learning systems used in SHE and Unilever, understand interactions, able to implement chosen system and manage interactions
Leadership
Responsible for the deliveryof the Learning programs for the Expertise Platform per agreed plan in year.
Coordinates training sessions and/or trainsthe trainer across the globe to successfully implement in year; provides guidance and support
Coordinates SMEs to ensure content is fit for purpose and solution functions as needed
Leads by example; speaks up, encourages safe behaviors and practices, fosters a learning environment
Leads communication to all stakeholders
Strategy
Supportsthe development Learning Strategies that align with organizational goals
Support Assessment of LearningNeeds by conducting anorganizational needs assessments to identify specific training requirements
Support the Design of Training Curriculum: choosing and adopting the curriculum and learning materials to the suitable formats, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars
Support evaluation Effectiveness by tracking the effectiveness of learning programs against measures of success, certification and through various evaluation methods
Continuous Improvement
Addresses functional issues, makes recommendation and builds improvements based on user feedback;
Ensures content of material is up to date.
Assists in drafting revisions and amendments of existing training material
Stays up to date with new technologies and opportunities to improve the solution functionality
Teamwork:
Collaborates within the SMEs and specialists within the SHE capability teamand users to ensure the solutions deliver as per plan.
Fosters the relationships within SHE and with other functions to ensure smooth functionalityof solutions daily
Comfortable with and able to work with stakeholders outside of SHE and external expertise to deliver per plan
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree indata science, environmental science,engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2years of experience in SHE, engineering, UniOps
Skills
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to deliver on time in full
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in SHE management systems and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and site personnel.
Certification in safety training (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.
