JOB PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for driving digital transformation and process optimization across TMICC’s Customer Development (Sales) function. It focuses on leveraging technology, data, and new ways of working to improve efficiency, strengthen systems, and support national-level initiatives that enhance business competitiveness and performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital & Process Transformation: Lead national-level digital initiatives and pilot projects for future distribution models, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• System Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, best practices, and automation opportunities to enhance CD processes.
• Demand Functions Enablement: Drive effectiveness and efficiency across demand generation and demand fulfillment functions through technology and innovation.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements; negotiate with vendors for new system development and oversee end-to-end execution.
• System Controls & Data Integrity: Ensure DMS hygiene, smooth operations, data archiving, and system security across geographies.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop BI reports, write SQL scripts, and provide regular updates on sales KPIs and system performance.
• Market Intelligence & Competitor Insights: Monitor industry best practices and incorporate learnings to enhance system capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Build team capability, foster collaboration, drive motivation through recognition programs, and ensure alignment toward shared goals.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4–5 years of experience as a team lead in IT or MIS roles, preferably in FMCG or similar industries.
SKILLS:
• Strong knowledge of BI reporting tools, SQL scripting, and data visualization.
• Experience in system implementation, vendor management, and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across geographies with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
