Position Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and executing the overall plant maintenance strategies within a large manufacturing operation. As a member of the site leadership team, this person will work closely with other departments and functions to ensure that objectives for asset optimization are met. They will also be expected to manage the site technical teams associated with continuous improvement, innovation, infrastructure, services, and the site growth agenda.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage technical teams and associated budgets responsible to deliver site asset optimization.
Support capital projects.
Support innovation delivery and regional RVS teams as part of the regional network.
Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs, contracts, and contractors through Unilever Manufacturing Processes and methodologies.
Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.
Manage the initiatives, budgets, and site master plan strategies.
Work collaboratively with the Operations teams and others to improve site line efficiencies, waste, and costs.
Develop, build, and coach teams to execute and make available to the organization it’s future Maintenance leaders.
Requirements:
Education: B.S. in Engineering or related field of study or equivalent of 8+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility.
Eight+ years of Engineering/Operations Management/Maintenance management in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
Proven track record of delivering maintenance process execution within Unilever or similar FCMG environment.
Strong technical assessing skills in maintenance processes and strategy delivery.
Strong computer and system skills (CMMS, CAD, Project delivery platforms) and processes (Early Equipment Management, and Professional Maintenance).
Strong competencies and proven track record of developing others.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $115,680 to $173,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
