Summary:
The Supply Chain Projects Lead will be responsible for driving supply chain transformation projects across our deodorant category brands to deliver business growth through best in class supply chain practices. The role holder will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, R&D, operations and procurement to drive project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for assigned categories/brands to achieve business objectives (e.g., cost reduction, service improvement)
• Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization based on analysis of current state performance and future trends
• Design and lead implementation of supply chain initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations, Procurement to ensure alignment between business needs and supply chain solutions
• Manage external partnerships related to supply chain management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting supply chain management and identify opportunities for innovation within the organization
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, sustainability, and other relevant standards throughout all stages of the supply chain
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG industry
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies resulting in improved efficiency, reduced costs, and increased customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in English language required; proficiency in Turkish language preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
