We are looking for an Order To Cash Specialist to work in the head office located in Umraniye/Istanbul with a hybrid working model.

What you can expect from The Role:

• Managing day to day order to cash process with putting quality, compliance, and efficiency as key focus.
• Responsible for applying effective operations, prioritizing workload to meet the demand and service.
• Analyzing and supporting improvement opportunities for order management processes to achieve cost / time savings.
• Supporting Turkey and North Africa countries as back-up.
• Managing transition projects deployment for relevant order to deliver processes.
• Working collaboratively with regional & local O2C, IT and local customer service teams.

Does this sound like You?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
• Excellent Turkish and English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (French preferred)
• Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude
• Ability to influence others.
• Team player
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Strong analytical skills including ability to understand & explain complex processes, establish plans and to manage multiple assignments.
• A strong sense of purpose and passion for high performance to bring out the best in others and himself/herself/itself.
• Highly organized self-starter who can own projects and act with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and programs
• Knowledge of SAP
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
