The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE
Are you passionate about managing end to end portfolio, gaining wide procurement expertise across logistics, driving business with direct contribution Then this role is tailored for you.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services to ensure cost efficiency and high quality.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production and logistics teams to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and maintain a robust supplier database.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analyse procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus logistics in the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement.

- Procurement Expertise: Proven procurement experience, preferably in the procurement and logistics sector, with a deep understanding of strategic sourcing, contracting strategies, and supplier partnerships.
- Business Acumen: Extensive international business experience, with a proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities in METSA and global markets.
- Negotiation & Relationship Building: Strong negotiation skills and a talent for building and maintaining supplier relationships, with cultural sensitivity and a global perspective.
