JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B distributors and clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned segments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Unilever Food Solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distributor management or sales, preferably in the foodservice industry.

  • Strong understanding of  B2B distributors &operations and requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven skills in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
