JOB PURPOSE

As Assistant Finance Manager – Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our Turkey Logistics and PTAB Customer Operations. You will partner with supply chain and finance teams to deliver accurate logistics forecasting and reporting, ensuring saving delivery, logistics and stock count controls. Your work will directly support Finance Transformation agenda by simplifying and optimizing processes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain end-to-end visibility of logistics finance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while contributing to strategic initiatives at both local and regional levels. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Partnering with Turkey Logistics and PTAB Customer Operations teams, providing financial insights and support

  • Preparing Logistics financial forecasts, actual reporting, actual and forecast variance analysis; ensuring accuracy of logistics financial reporting

  • Identifying risks and opportunities in advance for logistics costs, supporting business cases

  • Managing month end closing activities for logistics by taking logistics provisions and preparing reclasses accurately

  • Regular monitoring and reporting of Logistics savings, coordinating closely with the team to deliver the saving target

  • Responsible for executing monthly Make to Deliver controls for logistics in a timely and accurate way

  • Leading and coordinating year-end inventory counts across factories and warehouses in a timely and accurate way

  • Preparing monthly Turkey Supply Chain Leadership Team and PTAB Customer Operations Leadership Team Meeting presentations

  • Optimizing and simplifying logistics financial forecasting, actuals processes, and monthly controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support the Logistics workstream of the Supply Chain Finance Transformation Project, collaborating with the Global Supply Chain Finance Services team to drive transformation for logistics finance part

  • Providing consolidated Supply Chain cost reports to local and global teams

  • Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner

  • Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools

  • Experience in driving process simplification and improvements

  • Experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders

  • Ability to present to and communicate with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders

  • Strong professional skills in financial data and analytics.
