Regional Business Operations Specialist - GMA

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

• Manage total North GMA area for Proximity Channels (CVS, Minimarts, DStore, Petrols)
• Coordinate and follow through actions via Agency Manpower
  • Work with Field Merchandising Supervisor (FMS) in landing KPIs to Inventory and Merchandising Specialist (IMS)
  • Manage and monitor Attendance of Agency, PJP compliance
  • Check and Deep dive performance via reports in Excel, Power BI Dashboard
  • Lead agency huddles on downloading and cascading directions to FMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• With at least 1 to 2 years experience; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Excel, PPT and Familiar with use of Power BI
• Leadership trait (able to land objectives through people/teams)
• Proficient with numbers (will be managing Agency Budgets)
• Good Analytical Skills (need to be able to understand KPI numbers and derive necessary actions to address any issues/concern)
• Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to be based in Pasig, Mangahan
• Knows how to drive
