JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the Media Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for designing and implementing a full-funnel marketing strategy. This role will focus on delivering media excellence across planning, execution, governance, investment, measurement, innovation, and capability building while fostering a culture of integrity and digital acceleration.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of media strategy and execution in a rapidly evolving landscape. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital acceleration and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1. Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy

•            Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy across all channels to achieve brand and business objectives.

•            Drive a social-first approach with a strong focus on digital acceleration.

2. Media Execution

•            Manage end-to-end media plans across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

•            Oversee multi-screen campaign planning to maximize media performance.

3. Media Governance

•            Ensure compliance with global and local contracts with agencies.

•            Drive adherence to media governance frameworks and standards. And lead all internal and external Audits.

4. Media Investments

•            Utilize data-driven insights to plan business unit (BU) media investments.

•            Optimize multi-screen investment strategies for maximum ROI.

5. Media Measurement

•            Track, monitor, and report media performance using advanced analytics.

•            Ensure compliance with Golden Media Rules and other benchmarks.

6. Stakeholder Management

•            Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver cohesive media plans.

•            Build strong partnerships to align media strategies with broader business goals.

7. Capability Building

•            Build marketing capabilities by upskilling internal teams and agency partners in digital, social, and influencer marketing.

•            Promote continuous learning and a culture of excellence.

8. Media Innovation

              •            Lead first-to-market media innovations to drive competitive advantage           •            Champion creative solutions that deliver impact and engagement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Cutting edge understanding of media and brand communication landscape.

  • Holistic brand communication management experience at a large brand or cross-brand leadership experience at an agency.

  • Advertising/Media budget management experience.

  • Experience in driving change and embedding innovation in the business.

  • Experience in handling complex stakeholders across matrixed organisations.

  • Experience in data driven marketing and performance/ecommerce.

  • Exposure to disciplines as such as CRM, Mar-Tech and Ad-Tech platform management

Skills

  • Ability to advice on all thing’s media and data driven marketing to internal stakeholders through depth of media knowledge, providing expertise on specific channels and opportunities, data strategies, including ecommerce, and by explaining complex information in an easily digestible way.

  • Collaboration skills that encourage multi-stakeholder projects to thrive

  • A pioneer spirit to drive and embed innovation into our media and data strategies and plans.
