Main Purpose of Role:

Provide end to end Workplace Services to Cu Chi factory and ensure a smooth Workplace Services are offered to employees.

Main Accountability

  • Supervise and manage all operational facilities include Facilities Management, cleaning, shuttle bus, landscape, building maintenance, events, VIP support, engagement activities, onsite/ offiste activities.  
  • Supervise and manage canteen service ensuring no interruption to catering service and zero food safety incidents, closely coordinate with factory stakeholders to have sufficient food supply following a meal booking process and closely monitor meal consumption with cost.
  • Drive canteen improvement programs ensuring high quality and healthy meals are provided, not limited to coordination with HR to execute well being activities.
  • Ensure all budgets are fully in line with targets and growth objectives are achieved in full. Drive cost saving initiates ensuring yearly target is achieved while maintain excellent services.
  • Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels. Ensure third- party service provider perfomance with audits and KPI reports.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers in building/ office renovation projects.
  • Play instrumental part in organizing engagement activities in collaboration with HR.
  • Develop procedures, work instructions relating to services operations. Manage changes and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Utilities in building projects (including sustainable projects) such as refurbishments, dilapidations, and office move.
  • The position is required to work in Cu Chi Factory daily.

Experience Required:

  • University degree
  • Background in Service Operations (+3 years experience), preferably in an Integrated Facilities Management capacity. 
  • Good command of English.
  • Canteen service management experience is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, clients, and staff at all levels.
  • Strong ability to work indenpendly and make quick decisions.
  • Experience in managing third party service providers.
  • Excellent customer services.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
