Direct Manager’s Position: Quality Control Manager

A. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Quality Projects under the Quality Pillar, focusing on Automation and Digitalization:

  • Zero Quality Incidents: Collaborate with production workshops to drive quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on automation and digitalization projects at the Cu Chi factory.
  • Enhance Automation and Digitalization Processes within the Quality Management Department: Implement improvements in methods (e.g., paperless systems, automation and digitalization of quality management processes, KPI visualization, process control via apps, Power BI, SPC) and equipment (automated devices, production processes).
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers regarding equipment used in quality projects.
  • Core Member of the WCM Quality Pillar Team at Cu Chi factory; represent the Quality Manager in digital-related meetings at both factory and global levels.

2. Assist in Quality Projects at Production Workshops:

  • Transfer basic quality control tasks to operators post-project implementation.
  • Promote quality awareness at workshops; propose initiatives to the Quality Manager and Production Manager to enhance operators’ quality control awareness.
  • Collect and analyze human-related quality errors; monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to reduce human errors.
  • Collaborate with the Training Department and Quality Pillars to develop quality training programs for operators.

B. Experience and Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Proficient in reporting and presentation.

Effective communication and project management skills.
