Job Summary:The Homecare Modern Trade Lead cum Total Modern Trade Lead is responsible for translating business unit and category strategies into actionable plans for channels and customers. This role involves collaborating with Business Unit Customer Strategy Planning Leads and Customer Business Manager, supporting Business Unit Commercial Leads in negotiations, and managing the deployment of growth initiatives. Additionally, the position encompasses the responsibility for the total Modern Trade strategy and execution across the country, as well as the talent agenda for Modern Trade nationwide. The role requires delivering key performance indicators and fostering talent development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Home Care Modern Trade Agenda:
- Collaborate with Business Unit Customer Strategy Planning Leads and Customer Business Manager to translate Business Unit/cat strategy into channel/customer plans via Customer Facing Category Strategy, Customer Business Plan, and Joint Business Plan.
- Support Business Unit Commercial Leads in negotiating Business Unit-specific terms in the Master Contract.
- Accountable for the deployment of Business Unit / Category growth initiatives, thematic campaigns, new product development, price increases, and capturing growth opportunities from 1U events and New Store Open.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers by Business Unit.
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers/Executives to deliver business objectives of the Business Unit.
Lead Total Modern Trade Strategy and Execution:
- Define, align, and deploy the total Modern Trade strategy (both long-term and short-term) across the country.
- Deliver Modern Trade Performance Indicators, including Turnover growth (offline and online), market share, profitability, perfect execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Own customer strategic engagement through Customer Business Plan, Top-to-Top, and Joint Business Plan, and oversee the execution of these plans.
- Facilitate internal collaboration across functions and Business Units for effective execution.
- Supervise the Field Execution team to ensure brilliant execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
