Background & Purpose of the Job
The NA Ice Cream Category is $3 Billion in annual sales. This role is responsible for creating value for the NA Ice Cream business by looking at the SC with an end to end, future fit and long-term vision. As a program leader you will be at the heart of building business-transforming capabilities to make impactful decisions. You will be driving SC end to end strategy projects related to investment strategies, sourcing strategies, restructuring, capacity management and technology deployment to drive value for the category. You will act as the PMO for the SC transformation project and ensure business case delivery by closely partnering with Brand, Integrated Planning, Factories, CMs, Finance, Procurement and R&D. This role is responsible for ensuring project execution proceeds as planned, and in accordance with best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead data analysis and definition of a project, map scenarios and assess finance, time and resources for successful implementation.
Support developing business cases to support category growth, savings delivery and service improvement.
Establish project plans defining key milestones, timings, resources, project owners, managing project risks and project meta-data.
Drive end to end strategy projects related to investment strategies, sourcing strategies, restructuring, capacity management and technology deployment
Ensuring business case delivery via an aligned project governance structure
Own relationships with senior stakeholders for program development and delivery; partner with key business stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent experience
MBA degree preferred or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant experience in Planning/Manufacturing/Engineering (experience in two preferred)
Project management experience

Pay: The pay range for this position is $138,900 to $208,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
