ABOUT CUSTOMER OPERATIONS DATA & ANAYLTICS

Customer Operations Data & Analytics team partners with the different business functions within and outside of Customer Operations to bring touchless analytics & insights process to life. We also collaborate with internal data experts within Global D&A to ensure that there is one source of truth through the adoption of Unilever Datalake architecture, data pipelines and subsequent products.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

As a Data & Analytics Associate Manager in the Customer Operations Organization, you will lead the partnership and collaboration with the Logistics & Collect functions within Customer Operations.  You will:

  • lead the partnership and collaboration with the Hyperautomation Platform (HAP) in UL Bangalore, developing and implementing strategy to improve the user experience and continue to help automate functional reporting.
  • work with business stakeholders to gather goals and outline requirements within Customer Operations
  • collaborate with the Global Data Foundation & Product teams to ensure data availability and accuracy to help build technical components, and also provide guidance to ensure that end products meet the requirements of the North America
  • design and implement internal process improvement; automating manual processes
  • front-end product/solution development , optimizing data delivery and  re-designing for greater scalability, whilst keeping data simplification and user experience at the top of all priorities

,WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Degree/working experience in data engineering, analytics, information technology or related technical discipline required.

• Experience within Customer Operations, Analytics, Customer Excellence or related functions preferred.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience with clear competency in supply chain, analytics, project management and technology. CPG industry experience a plus.

• Moderate to extensive experience with SQL/Python/PySpark/Scala required.

• Extensive experience with front-end visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Experience with SAP preferred.

• Experience using Microsoft Azure and Azure services preferred.
