WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Winning with Customer          

  • Own Customer Calendar & Suggest the Right Events related to it

  • Landing The Innovations in a perfect Way

  • 360 Activations (Digital / Promoters / POSM / OFF Shelf / …)

  • Before & After Analysis for All our Activities

  • Monthly Deep Dive in Customer Data To identify the pain points & suggest the best solutions

  • Monitor All Couponing Campaigns

  • Creation & Ownership of in-store Shopper CTA's

  • Sustainability
    Use Less Plastic POSM

  • Digitize our Activations

  • Participate in Sustainable Events (World Environment Day/ ….)

Communication & Budget management

  • By Weekly Call with CD Team (Customer) to avoid any miscommunication & close all Gaps

  • All Activations Should be Communicated to the CD Team 30-45 Days in Advance (1 Pager / AW / T&C / Mechanics / Prizes / …)

  • Handling CCM Budgets and Warehouse and save 10% - 15% Quarterly

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degreed (Bachelors is minimum requirement)

  • 5+ years of UAE market experience in trade marketing or sales

  • Experience in channel management, retail execution or category management is a strong plus

  • Industry knowledge of consumer behaviour at point of sales & market segmentation is a must
