Own Customer Calendar & Suggest the Right Events related to it
Landing The Innovations in a perfect Way
360 Activations (Digital / Promoters / POSM / OFF Shelf / …)
Before & After Analysis for All our Activities
Monthly Deep Dive in Customer Data To identify the pain points & suggest the best solutions
Monitor All Couponing Campaigns
Creation & Ownership of in-store Shopper CTA's
Sustainability
Use Less Plastic POSMDigitize our Activations
Participate in Sustainable Events (World Environment Day/ ….)
Communication & Budget management
By Weekly Call with CD Team (Customer) to avoid any miscommunication & close all Gaps
All Activations Should be Communicated to the CD Team 30-45 Days in Advance (1 Pager / AW / T&C / Mechanics / Prizes / …)
Handling CCM Budgets and Warehouse and save 10% - 15% Quarterly
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Undergraduate Degreed (Bachelors is minimum requirement)
5+ years of UAE market experience in trade marketing or sales
Experience in channel management, retail execution or category management is a strong plus
Industry knowledge of consumer behaviour at point of sales & market segmentation is a must
