MAIN JOB PURPOSE The role is responsible to lead Customer Operations Digital Transformation Projects from idea stage to implementation across PTAB. As a part of this role, the candidate would partner CS&L and IP design & deliver Digital Solutions that leverage technology to unlock value for business. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that merges Tech/Business knowhow/Passion for change to deliver best in class tech solutions. KEY RESPONSABILITIES • Responsible for governing execution of projects inline with broader process innovation strategy to reach touchless & automated Demand/Distribution/Supply Planning & Execution processes. The candidate would proactively engage with various SC Functional leads (Integrated Planning, Customer Service & Logistics) to identify key challenges and build medium term process innovation strategy. • While existing business process knowhow is not mandatory for a candidate to apply, the candidate would be expected to Proactively learn business processes (e.g Forecasting/Shipment & Inventory Planning/Execution) and Advanced Software development and function as an SME in these processes. Process subject matter expertise combined with credible technical skills are key enablers for someone to be successful in this role. • The candidate would be expected to lead Detailed process mapping (to learn existing planning processes), simplify them, codify them into automated tools/systems and lead deployment. The candidate would function as an entrepreneur solving business problems using technology end to end • In terms of technical execution, the candidate would be involved in hands-on Software development for a significant portion of their time. This would involve designing various computer applications. Prior experience with hands-on programming is a must and would be discussed during interviews/coding assessment. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred – Electrical/Computer Science/Mechatronics or other affiliated engineering disciplines with strong academic performance). EXPERIENCED REQUIERD: • The ideal candidate should have worked for 3+ years in Technology/Transformation or similar roles. Strong Academic results are a plus. • The Candidate would have excellent written/Oral English communication skills. • The candidate must have programmed a computer Application end to end and be fluent in at least one programming language.
