KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the North America DEO team by being the key formula and processing contact for aerosol formats produced both at Unilever facilities and collaborative manufacturers.
  • Deployment of innovations for all aerosol portfolio within UL and CMs for Deos NA.
  • Support the 5S & Resilience programmes to ensure continuous improvement, costs and security of supply.
  • Deployment of digital solutions to improve efficiency within Deos Formulation and processing team in partnership with digital experts.
  • Develop best practices in Aerosol formulations & implement across the US team to drive continuous improvement & functional excellence.
  • Local budget and CAPEX management for R&D Deos NA in Mx
  • Key member of the Deos R&D team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS     

  • Science or Engineering related qualification and/or relevant experience within R&D, Processing or Packaging.
  • Relevant work experience managing complex projects.
  • Results oriented.
  • Good understanding of Innovation process.
  • Intermediate / Advanced English is a must

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formula development experience
  • Good understanding of FDA requirements (OTC products)
  • Stability Program knowledge for USA.
