Home Care Market Collaboration Planner – Sales and Operations

JOB PURPOSE

The Home Care Market Collaboration Planner – Sales and Operations is responsible for managing and delivering the forecasted sales growth of the assigned category or business unit through control towering end-to-end sales operations while partnering with internal teams (Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Brand Marketing and Customer Operations Group – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Experience).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver category topline and bottomline targets through internal partners.
• Lead the category in delivering sales target and growth.
• Land brand strategies and plans to trade to achieve growth targets for the category.
• Provide valuable market and customer insights bridging demand with supply and to aid in sustainable forecasting.
• Deliver end to end operational excellence and efficiencies via process intervention and project management.

• Strong partnering mindset and ability to work together with internal teams.
• Highly data-driven - supports work and decision making with data, ability to visualize and pull qualitative insights from data and strong critical reasoning skills.
• Problem solving and decision making – provides problem solving methodology and framework.
• Process mindset - can spot gaps and propose actions to continuously improve end to end process while balancing stakeholder needs.

• Develop and build teams for agility and growth.
