Breeze is the Premium Fabric Cleaning brand of the Unilever Home Care Business Unit. The Breeze brand is a strategic big bet brand in Home Care with two CPGs: powders and liquid. The role will report to the Premium Laundry Business Manager.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Business Management
• Responsible for the health, performance, and end-to-end P&L management of Breeze, including topline sales delivery, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management to deliver bottom line profits. Monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P’s). Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
• Leads weekly project task force meetings, both to internal and external stakeholders, to monitor brand operations, ensuring agreed deployment plans are progressing as planned OTIF.
• Lead their part of the business in the monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.
• Leads opportunity spotting, as well as creation and progress of projects that fall within Net Revenue Management.
• Lead their part of the business in the annual One Plan Brand Audits.
Category Strategy
• Support the CSP team with the Category Strategy, localizing the Category Growth Story, valuating the Category Growth Drivers, and coming up with the 8-Quarter Plan, with corresponding trade support.
• Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the marketplace and monitors performance of the support plans.
Brand Marketing Plan (Focus on Deploy, Opportunity for Design)
• Spearheads the creation and development of the Breeze Brand Marketing Plans, in alignment with Growth Action Plan framework and Multi- Year Innovation Platforms.
• New Brand/Format Launches/Extensions (as necessary)
• Variant/Pack Innovation/ Renovation within existing portfolio
• Campaign development and deployment including but not limited to traditional media, digital, below the line execution.
• Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance in accordance to ASC, FDA, DTI etc.
• Leads OTIF PLE review of launched projects, with a point of view on course corrective actions or step up plans.
Skills, Experiences & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Brand Management or Customer Business Development
• Business or Category Planning
• Consumer and Customer Understanding
• Project Management and Problem Solving
• Good with Numbers (Sales Analytics, Business Cases, etc.)
• Communication & Presentation Skills
• Leading Teams and Managing Stakeholders
