Job Purpose

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage site operations, report weekly performance, and enhance logistics efficiency. You will support transportation processes, oversee daily inventory, and lead inventory management. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with legal and safety standards, and monitor warehouse costs. You will lead and develop your team, focusing on performance and career progression, while driving cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse and distribution operations in the site

  • Report warehouse performance weekly to the leadership team

  • Enhance logistics efficiency to achieve cost savings and service level improvements

  • Support transportation, goods acceptance, refusal, and return processes

  • Oversee daily inventory operations

  • Lead Inventory management, such as stock counts, stock adjustment to ensure the material sufficiency of the production team

  • Improve warehouse and distribution processes through innovation and digitalization.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for better performance and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Comply and support Safety and quality standard and/or related audit

  • Monitor, budget, and forecast warehouse costs

  • Lead, and manage warehouse team performance and people matters

  • Develop, coach and mentor subordinates, focusing on their career progression.    

  • Drive, analyze, improve, and support cost saving and production efficiency and establish new solutions for logistic improvement in the site

Candidate Criteria

Skill & Qualification

  • Understanding in concepts of warehouse operation, stock and inventory management

  • Good command of both written and spoken in English

  • Good in presentation skill

  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office program, and relate programs

  • Proficiencies in SAP, stock management system or related programs is a must

  • Energetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistic/Transportation

  • 1-2 years of experience in leadership role or team management is preferred

  • 3-5 years of specialized experience in logistics, warehousing or distribution operation

  • Experience in coordinating with production team, transporters, and industry stakeholders are the must

  • Experience in improvement related to digitalization is a plus

  • Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, processes, and technology of FMCG manufacturing
