Section 1: Job Summary
• To manage the development of assigned brands in accordance with Marketing Plans agreed with Divisional Management;
• To ensure that the marketing strategies for the brand(s) are implemented effectively by all those involved;
• To be responsible for ensuring that the plans and activities undertaken in his/her area of responsibility are carried out to budget;
• To be responsible for maintaining good communication with other members of the Brand Team (including agencies);
• To support the implementation of new initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the team.

Section 2: Job Responsibilities
• Manage key external partners (advertising agency, PR agency etc.) to deliver effective and efficient marketing communications campaigns which meet or exceed objectives;
• Develop a range of marketing communications tools to implement marketing strategy;
• Build successful working relationships with relevant parties across the business including Sales, R&D, Consumer & Market Insights, Legal, Corporate Communications and Finance;
• Ensure that all activity is consumer-centred and reflects a deep understanding of consumers’ needs and motivations;
• Lead the activation plan for the launch of new products;
• Drive innovation through creative use of existing and new media;
• Keep up to date with current trends in advertising and communications;
• Coordinate the implementation of NPDs launches through all channels of distribution (trade and consumers).

Section 3: Job Qualifications
• Experience in FMCG/OTC preferably gained within multinational companies;
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive innovation;
• Strong planning skills;
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills;
• Highly motivated self starter with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
