JOB PURPOSE

As Restaurants Channel Manager – West Cairo is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s presence in the restaurants sector, this role focuses on managing Resturants accounts, identifying new opportunities, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share, builds strong customer relationships, ensures seamless execution of business plans, and collaborates with internal teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Expand the restaurants channel in West Cairo by implementing strategic growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Negotiate profitable agreements with restaurant partners for long-term growth.
  • Execute sales initiatives, promotions, and activations to boost brand presence.
  • Track sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Solve operational challenges for restaurant partners to improve efficiency.
  • Manage promotional budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports.
  • Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business.
  • Drive menu engineering discussions with restaurant partners to optimize product placement and profitability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Resturants Management, specifically in the Horeca sector- Customer Development.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and activity management.
  • Demonstrated success in agreements negotiation and driving revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data. Selling Skills.
  • Results-driven attitude with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • University graduate (Business Major is a plus)
  • Giza residence is a must.
  • Food & culinary passion is a plus.
  • English / Arabic is essential
