WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The EDI Specialist in Customer Experience has the mission to ensure efficient, accurate, and secure electronic data interchange between the company and its business partners. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing business processes through the integration and automation of data flows, thereby improving operational performance and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain EDI systems to ensure seamless data exchange and prevent operational disruptions.
- Optimize EDI processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to internal teams and external partners for successful EDI integration.
- Communicate changes and updates related to customer operations digital transformation.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies in the EDI domain
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT/business analytics/business intelligence
- Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Characteristics of a forward thinker and a self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to the new
- Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Fluency in English
- M. Office proficiency (VBA intermediate level recommended, advanced knowledge in Power BI and data modelling)
