WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Strategic Workplace Management:

  •  Oversee and implement workplace strategies that enhance productivity, well-being, and collaboration across Andean region.

  •  Develop and lead Andean region workplace standards, ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Operations & Facilities Management

  • Ensure operational excellence, financial efficiency and outstanding user experience through the management of outsourced teams of cleaning, gardening, catering, people transportation, employee store, building maintenance, workplace projects and administrative services.

  •  Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring cost efficiency.

  •  Ensure facilities meet compliance and regulatory standards across all locations.

Workplace Experience & Culture

  •  Design and implement initiatives that foster an engaging, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.

  •  Act as the main point of contact for Andean region employees regarding workplace services and provide an exceptional employee experience.

Space & Resource Planning

  • Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to accommodate changing business needs.

  •  Manage office moves, expansions, and changes in layout, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

  • Ensure that the workspace meets operational needs and promotes a positive organizational culture through the preparation and execution of office projects, space management and renovations.

Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility

  •  Develop sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of workplace operations (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction).

Financial Management

  •  Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and management for workplace services within Andean region.

  •  Track and report on cost metrics, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.

  • Prepare the Workplace budget, ensuring that the premises are aligned with the business, procurement and finance.

  • Elaborate and manage the area's CAPEX and OPEX, controlling costs, monitoring indicators and ensuring the financial sustainability of operations.

  • Actively participate in initiatives to stabilize, standardize and improve operations and facilities, ensuring alignment with global or regional initiatives as needed.

  • Actively participate in the local routines, being a facilitating member and active in the needs to ensure the continuity and improvement of services and experience.

  • Elaborate and implement continuous improvements and internal policies related to infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with corporate norms and standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in administration, engineering or related areas

  • Minimum prior experience of 5 years in facilities management, services management or similar in multiple sites

  • Languages: Advanced English.

  • Knowledge of standards and regulations.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Problem solving and decision making.

  • Leadership and team management skills.
