Purpose of the Role:
The main purpose of this role is to play a pivotal role to go across the width and depth of multiple cost lines in Unilever and generate insights through analytics. The role is part of a highly enthusiastic and skilled team who has expertise in managing large data. It is a centralized unit of dedicated people with a mission to streamline accessibility to rare, high-demand capabilities for rapid execution across the business.
The role requires great deal of collaboration and communication skills across functions and across teams. In addition, it requires strong analytical skills such as data modelling, analytical and scenario building, to evaluate, assess and provide insights, in order to drive greater value.
The role also requires in-depth understanding of various cost lines and their drivers, across the globe in different operating systems used in Unilever.
This role in a way is going to be an enabler to Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting strategic projects across multiple cost lines
• Identify Opportunities for standardisation and automation across multiple processes / information decks in GPM.
• Explore No human touch I & A (Information and Analytics) reports to be delivered for variety of stakeholders across lines of P&L.
• Proactive analytics on risks and Opportunities.
• Executing governance around mitigation of risks and securing potential opportunities.

Skills & Leadership Requirements:
• Finance & Commercial acumen
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong inter-personal, communication and influencing skills,
• High degree of flexibility and ability to quickly adopted to changes
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
• Resilience (ability to cope with time pressure and challenges)

Experiences:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Accounting/Finance or a professional qualification e.g. CA/CMA
• Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment
• Strong skills on operating MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Preferably Power BI / Data Analytics Experience

Preferred Background:
• Candidates having 3+ years of experience split between working in Supply Chain Finance and Business partnering experience.
