JOB SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Finance Manager for Home Care Greater Asia is a strategic role that directly impacts regional and global performance. This position serves as the key finance business partner to regional supply chain and factory operations teams, focusing on driving financial performance, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership, analytical skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with supply chain leadership to drive gross margin and supply chain cost efficiency by setting targets, managing and driving cost improvement and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams on target setting and allocate to each country within the BU.
  • Lead GA cost budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for supply chain cost including NMI, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and inventory to ensure monthly performance meet target.
  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast/budget) and identify risks & opportunities and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize costs.
  • Partner with Procurement, R&D and factories to drive cost and cash saving.
  • Work with Performance management to present correct cost picture and R&O in S&OP.
  • Review and support CAPEX investment decisions, and scenario modeling.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive supply chain efficiency, saving and financial discipline.
  • Lead GA HC performance review and prepare BG BU cost decks.
  • Benchmark cost structures across regions to identify improvement opportunities and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in related field (e.g. Business/Finance/Economics/ Accounting/etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in Finance (e.g. FMCG/Finance Partnering/Industrial/Auditing/etc.)
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, data analytic, spreadsheet modeling skills.
  • Responsible, Accountable, Cautious in ensuring financial accuracy.
  • A good team player with agility, positivity, and a willingness to go the extra mile. 
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
