Job Purpose
At Unilever Food Solutions, our purpose is to Free Chefs to love what they do. We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners, and good for the planet. Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, and new customer to capture growth opportunity
- Be able to work with customer and customer partner as triangle way of working to ensure project delivery in timely
- Collaborate with internal and technical teams (Chef, Marketing, CD, R&D and QA) to develop and implement customized product offerings and promotional activities.
- Conduct product testing, and application workshops in coordinate with technical team
- Provide input on product development and analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between key accounts, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management
- Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred
- Experience in RTE, food ingredients, in food factory business: Frozen meal, sauces, canning , marinated, snack
Skill:
- Strong understanding in export process, export documentation support, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice market and customer needs.
- Strong project management
Additional Information

Office-based role in Bangkok, Thailand.
