The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a strategic and commercially savvy leader to drive the customer strategy for our Ice Cream category. This role will be pivotal in shaping portfolio choices, guiding innovation, and optimizing revenue performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure our category strategy translates into market success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Category Strategy Leadership
- Design and lead the strategic roadmap for the Ice Cream category.
- Partner with Marketing to define portfolio priorities and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead strategic view on innovation launch planning.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Build and lead the S&OP framework for the Customer Development team.
- Ensure seamless integration of demand forecasts, supply planning, and commercial inputs.
- Net Revenue Management (NRM)
- Capture insights and learnings to inform pricing, promotions, and trade investment strategies.
- Drive execution of NRM initiatives across channels to maximize profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in customer strategy, category management, or commercial planning.
- Strong analytical & business acumen / NRM
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Experience in FMCG, especially in food or ice cream categories, is a plus.
- Demonstrates an innovation-driven mindset with strong big-picture orientation
