Home Care TH CSP Manager  is responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget, Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams as well as leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility and Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracing in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create category strategy development & guideline, focusing on pack & place. 

  • Analyze EPOS sales data, consumer & shopper insight to identify opportunities in maximizing business across existing and new channels.

  • Allocate and manage promotional budget across channel to ensure optimize return on investment.

  • Provide promotion guideline and rules based on learning from post-evaluation and deliver category objectives.

  • Suggest price, promotion strategy and mechanic for new product launch and brand activation campaign.

  • Coordinate with cross-functions to implement category plan across channels.

  • Evaluateand review implemented marketing activities for developing future.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.  

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG or Consumer Products. 

  • Having a cross functional experiences such as in Marketing, Modern Trade or General Trade sales experience is added advantage. 

  • Good leadership, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills. 

  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. 

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. 

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
