Job Title: Home Care TH Breeze Marketing Lead
Location: Thailand

Main Responsibilities

  • Development of annual brand plans & budget to achieve targets

  • Leads the development of local initiatives and deployment of Global innovation funnel.

  • Ensure brand purpose is locally embedded and activated for each brand.

  • Plan and execute efficient brand investment plan

  • Lead social first strategy & deployment. Overseeing digital / precision marketing and data strategies for the business.

  • Lead a team of brand support managers—mentoring, coaching, and developing them to deliver both business targets and next generation leadership

  • Manage the creative and media agencies to deliver great marketing mixes in the market.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with cross-functional work experience &working with multi channels (Hyper super/convenient/ General trade/D comm)

  • Strong combination of mix development & execution experience

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans

  • Experience in digital first marketing

  • Proven project and budget management experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill to influence stakeholders (global and senior management)

Skill

  • Project management: ability to lead the end-to-end innovation projects 

  • P&L management: brand custodian and responsible for total portfolio

  • Stakeholder management: ability to work with cross functional teams including regional/global marketing teams.

  • Marketing mix creation: experience in creating communication mixes from scratch

  • Can translate consumer insights into strategy and action that will generate business impact.

  • Strong local media knowledge including latest trends on digital marketing

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, trend-based category

  • Ability to lead a small team

  • Leadership of the Future – with a style appropriate to a networked and agile organisation

  • Strategic thinking & influencing (building “big relationships”)

  • Preferably fluent in Thai Language
