The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben &Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:
Unilever is one of the companies, which focus and non-stop developing transformative tools such as own e-B2B digital platform and AI tools. We're passionate about helping small retailers to grow their businesses through our products & services. Optimizing route-to-market, adopting new digital tools & utilizing big data are keys to unlock growths and keep at pace in our business. We're putting the tools for growth in our Distributor operation’s hands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assessing the company’s business processes to identify areas for digital improvement and automation.
- Designing and implementing digital transformation strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Working closely with Sales departments & Distributors to understand their digital needs and challenges.
- Developing project plans for digital initiatives and overseeing their execution.
- Collaborating with IT specialists to develop and implement digital solutions.
- Conducting training sessions to educate employees about new digital tools and practices.
- Monitoring the performance of digital solutions and adjusting ensure they meet business needs.
STAKEHOLDERS (INTERNAL &EXTERNAL):
- Managed 1-2 Direct report.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A strong understanding of digital technologies and how they can improve business efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Experience in managing digital projects and implementing digital strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong passion to win with growth mindset.
- Open-minded to make the new succession.
- Ability to engage with cross function and having influence skill.
