Responsibilities

  • Co-creating Brand Marketing Plan and strategies. Involvement in S&OP process. 

  • Lead innovation, activation, advertising, and promotional strategy on projects assigned and the deployment of Brand Marketing Plan and budget.

  • Working with CSPMs and channel managers to design strategies for KNorr. Manage external partnerships to build long-term relationships to continue fighting against poor sanitation. 

  • Analyze consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment of brand performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Involved in launch management, building launch plans, customer sell-in and legal and regulatory issues. 
    Explore and identify opportunities for category expansion in line with consumer and market trends.

  • Identifies & develops cases for new business opportunities - working with local and international cross-functional partners & communities.

  • Responsible for annual projections & any necessary remediation actions (i.e., promotional activities, pricing actions, innovation delivery, marketing investments etc.)

  • Agile project in line with your development goals, strengths and team needs – to be determined upon starting in the team 

Requirements

  • 3-4 year experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG).

  • Experience in Food and Beverage category is a plus

  • Knowledge on communication development, and media planning process, public relations, and e-commerce

  • Good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting) and has experience in strategy development

  • Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders – both internal and external partners  

  • Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies

  • An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders and peers (conversational and presentational)

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
