Our Future Leaders Program 

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Through a blend of on-the-job learning, structured training, and mentorship, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to lead – now and into the future.

It’s fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your development, bring fresh thinking to the table, and make a real impact. In return, you’ll receive the support, exposure, and experience to grow into a purpose-led leader.

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Marketing 

Marketing at Unilever is all about understanding people – what they need, what they care about, and how we can connect with them in meaningful ways. It’s creative, fast-moving, and constantly evolving.

As a Marketing UFLP, you’ll dive into everything from brand strategy and campaign execution to consumer insights, digital content, and innovation. You’ll learn how to build purpose-led brands that make a real difference and how to bring them to life in bold, culturally relevant ways.

We’re especially looking for graduates who are social-first thinkers – those who have a keen interest in social media trends, influencers and a view on what content really gets their attention and what content does not and how brands can use Tik Tok, Instagram and other social media platforms to engage with consumers in a meaningful way. If you love storytelling, creativity, and thinking outside the box, this is the place for you.
