JOB PURPOSE:
As the Account Manager Trade & Key Accounts in our Ice Cream Out of Home channel, you will be a pivotal force in driving our strategic growth and optimizing key sales channels. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships, enhancing market presence, and ensuring our ice cream products reach their full potential. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional results and expanding our market footprint. If you are passionate about building strong relationships, developing impactful commercial strategies, and driving significant sales growth, this is the role for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key trade- & key partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership: fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Sales Strategy: develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Out of Home (OOH) channel.
Financial Management: utilize strong analytical and financial skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities.
Negotiation: drive negotiations with trade & key partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Collaboration: work closely with (channel) marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for trade initiatives.
Reporting: prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: minimum of 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in the out of home commercial business.
Language: native Dutch speaker, a good level of English, both written and spoken.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
SKILLS:
Strong analytical, financial, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Attributes: highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
